Privacy Policy
Site Diagnostic is operated by JS Design Works, LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use audit.designworks.app and how we use it.
What we collect
- Website URLs you submit for scanning
- Name and email when you unlock a free detailed diagnostic or purchase a comprehensive report
- Payment confirmation details from our processor (Square, or Stripe if you choose that fallback). We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical logs needed for abuse prevention (for example IP-based rate limits and Turnstile verification)
- Scan results generated from publicly reachable pages on the site you asked us to analyze
How we use data
- To run previews, diagnostics, and (when purchased) comprehensive crawls
- To email your diagnostic or comprehensive report when ready
- To process payments and fulfill purchases
- To prevent spam, bots, and abuse
- To follow up from JS Design Works about your scan results when you provided contact details
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not add you to third-party mailing lists
- We do not claim to log into private accounts or bypass authentication on your site
Retention
Report and job data are stored for a limited time in our Redis-backed store (typically on the order of weeks) so you can reopen results and we can fulfill purchases. Logs used for abuse prevention are kept only as long as needed for security and reliability.
